Richard Winter is the Managing Director of Quam Capital Limited, the Hong Kong member firm of M&A International Inc. He is also the Deputy Chairman of Quam Financial Services Group, the founding member of Global Alliance Partners.
Over the last 20 years, Richard Winter has developed a broad expertise in providing innovative solutions to help clients achieve their desired objectives including mergers, disposals and acquisition advisory services, capital raising, general advisory and private equity.
